Establishing The Equipment and Software

     With this post, I want to establish and reinforce all the equipment, tools, or software that will be and have been used for this magazine project. For the photography, all of it will be done with an Apple iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Mini. These two devices are at my convenience and I am familiar with the photo-taking capabilities of both devices, so I am not new to working with these devices or taking pictures with them. A high-quality camera would be a great option for this project but I do not have one, it is too expensive to get, and I already have two devices that serve as great alternatives.
    For the digital creative design aspect of this project, it will all be done on the platform Canva, as I have said in my other blogs before. On Canva, I will be creating and managing the layout, the typography, and the colors from my chosen color palette. I will also be importing and editing the pictures that I take with the Apple iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Mini mentioned above onto the layout.

     Another important step that was necessary to create the magazine was picking out the fonts. Out of all the different text sections or text boxes, the font for the title of the magazine was by far one of the most important, if not the most important for me to focus on and really the pick one that I both like and feel suits the magazine as the title is one of the first components that grabs the eye when looking at a magazine.     For the title, I already had a vision of how I wanted it to look or at least, a foundation of the essentials for the title font. I felt that the title font should look modern, good while capitalized, and devoid of looking formal, such as cursive fonts or fonts with serifs. Every year, moviegoers are expecting and excited for many new and interesting films to keep them entertained.
